The first proposal draft must be sent in latest by this Friday(24/10/14) 2359. Your Proposal MUST be completed with AT LEAST 40 Pages. Anything lesser would not be tolerated. I only need one cadets to send an email to tkrcyouth@gmail.com with proper email format. We hope that your whole squad can get together to get this proposal completed. If you need any extension with the deadline, please inform the sec 3s 3 days in advance.
Important reminders for proposal:
-Ensure that EACH cadet actively participate in completing the proposal (spread your task evenly ex: nominol roles, FnB etc, you may not use the roles we assigned to you earlier)
-DO NOT copy and paste from the proposal sample! (there will be severe consequences)
-For Your SOE, please include 3 hours for hike (we would be planning for hike, you need not worry)
-For Your SOE, please include 3 hours of lesson (1 hour for each group)
-Zues, Poseidon, and Athena, please inform your Mentors ASAP on what lesson you are going to teach, first come first serve basis (NO REPETITION)
-For Your SOE, please include 1 hour for lunch (please)
-For lunch, you may get a catering or find alternative methods (for must not exceed $4 per pax)
-Nominol Roles please get from your YOs and the Sec 3s as well
-Plan your training wisely, make full use of the time you have (8:30-6:00)
-in any of you feel that your squad mates are not doing work, please report to us immediately (this is suppose to be a group effort, if you guys cannot do it as a squad, there is no purpose to even organize a camp)
-if any announcement that you guys need to make on the blog, please email to the management team to put it up (use correct blog format, contact seniors if not sure)

*MEMORIZE your group cheer before the camp
*we give you full permission to use the chat box on the blog for communicating with your squad mates who are not able to access whatsapp. (Harshini ETC)
Evacuation Silver Accreditation
Please take note that the accred would be on this Thursday (23/10/14) from 1:00pm-4:00pm. Please check the blog regularly for further notices. Take this evacuation seriously, Revise thoroughly and even though I am not in Charge of evacuation, i expect 100% passes. Study Hard Cadets! :D

-Attendance
-Participation in extra lessons
-response level
-posture
-respect towards senoirs
-lack of urgency
-lack of response from messages (I expect EVERYONE to acknowledge the messages we made within 24 hours, we will track down from now on)

We are Tanjong Katong Red Cross Youth, from Tanjong Katong Secondary School. Our Teachers-In-Charge are Mdm Norlindah, Ms Liz and Ms Ning Ning. We have a long history of double gold awards (EUA and CSA), and numerous awards ranging from Footdrill, to First Aid, to Current Affairs. We participate in many activities - for example, Home Visits, Combined Trainings, First Aid Duties, Overseas Service Learning Trips and many others which are true to our motto: Serve One Another.
