Report Format for Sports Day First Aid Duty

To: All Cadets


This is the report format for cadets who attended the First Aid Duty for Sports Day on 19 April 2013 (Friday).

Please adhere strictly to the report format and hand in soft copy to tk-rcy@hotmail.com by 28 April 2013 (Sunday) and hard copy to the secondary 3s on 29 April 2013 (Monday). Please adhere strictly to the format and do not submit your reports late. If there are any more queries do ask the secondary 3s or comment on the chat box.

Sports Day First Aid Duty

 We will be down for First Aid Duty this Friday for Sports Day. Reporting time is 1.30pm and dismissal is 6pm. Please eat before you come and revise your first aid notes.

 Attire: Unit tee and Mufti

 Things to bring:

  1. 500ml bottle
  2. RCY name tags
Groupings and Locations:





While shift 1 is on duty, shift 2 is to be seated at the allocated area above. 
While shift 2 is on duty, shift 2 is to be seated at the allocated area above.

There will be training this Friday, 12/4/13 from 2.30-6.30pm. Please Fall-in in front of the Red Cross notice board at 2.30pm sharp. Please have your lunch first before coming.
Attire: Unit tee(PE shirt for Secondary 1) and Mufti

 There will be training this Friday, 5/04/13 from 2.30pm-6.30pm. Please consume your lunch before coming and fall in in front of the noticeboard punctually. Attire is unit tee + track pants. Make sure your attires are standardized.
Secondary 1s will be dismissed at 6.00pm.
