To: All Secondary 2 Cadets

Take note that the next submission for your proposal is this Friday (31/10/2014) 2359. We vetted  your proposal. please make the following changes accordingly.
1) Make sure your pages are not messed up
2) Page Number 
3) Spell the names of your squad mates correctly
4) Standardize font size throughout proposal
5) Update Min Nyo Sir's number
6) Remove EVERYTHING that has to do with hike
7) Remove the 1.0.0.0.0 what is this?
8) Jerry can of glucose water. Really?
9) 18 Casualty report forms is not enough
10) Map? School Map? we don't need a School Map
11) Include Ms Liz in list of certified FA
12) Fill Up the "to be confirmed"
13) You are only given 2 FA Bags
14) include map to hospital/Clinic

Secondly, I want all the groups to prepare a lesson plan on what you are going to teach during your camps.

I suggest you organize a meeting with your mentors during this week as the Sec 3s will be in school for extension lessons and they can help with your lesson plans to make sure it is up to standard. Submit this lesson plan together with your proposal this Friday. We hope you will plan your time wisely as a squad and finish the task on time. If you need an extension, inform your seniors 3 days in advance.
