File Protection and Encryption Scheme

Dear all,
In light of current "espionage" activities of our files in the resources being "stolen" by other units (I state this as an allegation), the files will be encrypted in 255-Bit encryption, making all files secure so long as file password security is not compromised by word of mouth. Hence, the TKRCY password will be very secretly upheld.
The password encryption will be in Beta stage with effect of today, 14 January. The password will be revealed when our Beta trials are complete. All files will be encrypted, with only exception of those whose distributory rights do not belong to TKRCY as a unit.
I seek your cooperation, and in event that the password is forgotten, please contact me or other NCOs, however, it is best you ask your squadmates.
Finally, although not official, possible routine password changes might be carried out to strengthen document security. The changes will occur 3 - 4 months and the password will be informed the next TKRCY training.

TKRCY: We Make A Difference
We are Tanjong Katong Red Cross Youth, from Tanjong Katong Secondary School. Our Teachers-In-Charge are Mdm Norlindah, Ms Liz and Ms Ning Ning. We have a long history of double gold awards (EUA and CSA), and numerous awards ranging from Footdrill, to First Aid, to Current Affairs. We participate in many activities - for example, Home Visits, Combined Trainings, First Aid Duties, Overseas Service Learning Trips and many others which are true to our motto: Serve One Another. We train our cadets not only in the different specialisations, but also train and build their character by serving the community through our various community service programs.
